Поддерживает детальный контроль доступа (Fine Grained Access Control). Обеспечивает гарантированный способ установки переменных пространства имен. Устанавливать значения контекста можно только из пакета PL/SQL, связанного с контекстом. В этом случае гарантируется целостность значений контекста.
